  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or
    exchanges unless the product is defective or the wrong item is shipped.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • We ship to most states in the USA, in compliance with applicable laws. You are
    responsible for ensuring that receipt of cannabis seeds is legal in your jurisdiction.
  • Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and selected method. We are
    not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other factors beyond our
    control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
    We are not liable for lost, stolen, or seized packages.
  • Tracked orders are shipped Monday – Friday within 48 hours of payment being
    received. (Weekends not included). All of our packages are shipped with a tracking number and we guarantee they will make it to their final destination. If for any reason your package has not arrived and tracking shows it lost don’t worry it will be resent free of charge.
  • Your order will be packaged in a plain package with no labeling as to what is inside.
    You will receive an automated email containing your tracking # and shipping
    information as soon as your order is shipped. You will also receive an email telling
    you it has been delivered. If you decide you’d like to track your order you can do it

  • Shipping times – USA 5-10 days, International 7-14 days.
